This position offers the opportunity to lead projects from client communication through documentation.

The selected candidate will work on multiple projects in different sectors (Healthcare and Residential).

Your Role on Our Design Team

Be a key part of RSS as we develop the practice and grow

Lead Client-based teams through all phases of a project’s development

Work directly with Clients and end Users to develop and refine programming, campus and department planning, and detailed department and room functional planning

Knowledge of code and detailing for a different project types

Work with clients to establish project goals, vision and schedules

Mentor and teach junior staff

Be engaged in continual research, teaching, and dialog on architectural design innovations

Lead pursuits of new projects, Clients, and Markets

Qualifications

Experienced Architect (License Required)

7+ years in architectural planning and design

Project management experience is a plus

Strong graphic communicator- hand sketching, software (Revit experience required), or otherwise. Bluebeam is a plus.
